BHCC have, this morning, launched the long awaited discretionary fund scheme to help some businesses who, as yet, have fallen through the cracks in the National Government schemes.

The £3.6m pound fund represents only 5% of the support received via other funds and is likely to be heavily oversubscribed. No surprise then t hat the process to apply is, shall we say, laborious.
