I was speaking to a freelancer last week who loaded into a venue for a livestream event. After unloading a full van of gear he was temperature tested and was too hot and sweaty to be allowed back in. He had to rest outside for nearly an hour before his temp was low enough to be allowed back in... This sort of fearful adherence to rules is not productive, and is more of a setback than a progression.
